Name Paul KercalAbout During my college days (Graphic Design and Animation - WSCAD Farnham and Traditional Animation - BPCAD Bournemouth) I also worked as a wine bottler, a trolley pusher and a receptionist. All excellent training to eventually become a computer games artist (working at Bullfrog, Pepper's Ghost, U|C|M and Digital Integration), an architectural renderer (working primarily with Wailing Banshee/Torben Rix) and an office cleaner. Currently I'm an art, graphic design, media and IT arts teacher (8 years and counting) and youth worker (20 years +). Given the choice I'm always happiest drawing pictures on my iPhone and iPad. I'm a member of the IAMDA collective of mobile digital artists and led two student focused MDA sessions - one in collaboration with Central St Martins and TISCH and the other in collaboration with 12 talented digital artists from all around the world. Between 2004 and 2009 I co-ordinated and led the five Big Book Draws in collaboration with the Big Draw and Guildford Book Festival. I've also written and drawn seven published books/graphic novels between 2004 and 2010 (the Dr Sylver trilogy, Messenger, Exile Road 1 and 1.5 and Paulfolio). In addition I've had a large number of articles and images printed in magazines such as MCV, CTW, Edge, SFX, Imagine FX, Computer Arts, Abduzeedo and many more...
